NAC Pool training and CPR refresher

• Cpr refesher training will be run on Thursday 2nd February at 7.30pm prior to the pool session. Remember you need to attend if you intend being an active diver this year.

• This Thursday is our last night in the pool. The trainees will have a final run through of all their training.
